There are more than 100 active clubs in Sun City West.
Whatever your interest, you'll find others who share it.
You'll find clubs for every art, craft and hobby, as well as for sports, card playing and dance.

and is published in every issue of the Recreation Center News, published monthly, and is available in all Recreation Centers and the Visitors Center.
The 2,000-member Computers West Club offers classes, on latest hardware, software and the Internet, along with helpful advice to its members. The renowned Sun City West Rhythm Tappers stay in shape preparing routines for appreciative audiences. For those who enjoy growing things, the Garden Club provides speakers with helpful information for those new to a desert climate. The Agricultural Club has 270 garden plots available to members who wish to grow produce year round.
There are clubs for bicyclists, motorcyclists, RVers, and even a saddle club for those who love horses. The Sportsman's Club provides opportunities for birding, fishing, target practice, hiking and a "Big Wheel" activity that explores remote areas of Arizona in four-wheel drive vehicles.
Among the newest clubs are the Automobile Restoration Club, which is funding a new building to work on and show their cars. The Zymurgy Club enjoys the craft of beer and wine making. The Boomers Club offers a little bit of everything for young-art-heart residents.
Sun City West offers a wide range of art and craft clubs, each with their own dedicated workspace. Among them are basketry, ceramics, clay, copper enameling, macramé, lapidary, leather carving, model railroading, photography, Rip 'n Sew, silvercraft, stained glass and more. The Woodworking and Metal Clubs have their own separate buildings complete with state-of-the-art equipment. After visiting them, many prospective residents decide to sell their power tools rather than move them to Sun City West.
Like to kick up your heels? Then join the ballroom dancing, line dancing, round dancing, square dancing, dancing arts or dancing fitness clubs. The community has two 11,000 sq. ft. ballrooms that are also used for large community meetings.
Sun City West residents come from all over the U.S. and Canada. As a result, there is a great interest in meeting others from "back home." The many "states clubs" provide regular opportunities to meet and mingle with people from our home state.
